Michiana Global Mold’s Chinese partners share the same values and goals as our original domestic founders. Their mission is to always provide prompt responses and consistent quality at competitive prices. They are very conscientious about making sure clients receive the best products by the specified deadline, if not before then. With decades of experience in the mold manufacturing industry, they have the experience and knowledge to integrate requests and specifications into their business model for the best results.
With our 25,000 square foot facility in Mishawaka, Indiana combined with more than 80,000 square feet available from our Chinese partners, we can handle large volume production needs on time. Every year, our offshore partners produce hundreds of injection molds that can accommodate presses up to 1,000 tons. Their primary focus is on the mold builds, whether partial or full design, and then to ensure the quality of the product through rigorous testing and tune-ins. When customers need a little more, these facilities are set up for PPAP certification.

- Hantom projecting cameras
- 3D – TESA Micro height gauges
- Electronic computer altimeters (TRIMOSMT600MO)
- Assortment of microscopes and electronic measuring devices
Our Chinese partner facilities are ISO 9001:2008 certified, with all project management conducted in the U.S., and data secured for transfer through an FTP site access. The final stop for all products going to North American customers is in the U.S. facility where products will go through inspection before all final shipments.
